Korea is a so-called 'apartment republic', in which more than half of the entire population lives in apartments. Such a living environment has been criticized for cutting off human relationships and bringing about a uniform consciousness. Moreover, as we enter the pandemic era, opportunities to communicate with community members have decreased, and people who share the same space but do not communicate with each other have become sensitive to small issues. In fact, as can be seen in the case of constant parking terrorism and disputes, such as the 2018 Incheon Songdo Camry incident and the 2020 Dongdaemun villa parking lot incident, and the recent inter-floor noise in Gwangju, he held a knife in front of the house of a neighboring woman living downstairs and threatened residents, as can be seen in the case of resident conflict unresolved, they often develop into serious crimes or social issues. In addition, in the isolated residential space, the house is no longer a space to share memories and live with a sense of belonging and affection, but has been transformed into a space for sleeping. Realizing the need to change the meaning of living rather than buying, we tried to find a way to establish ourselves as a real resting place for life.
