Humans, who play a central role in the city, have played the role of a member as a producer in the city until now. Accordingly, we changed the perspective from producer to consumer, and centered the perspective to the daily life of people. However, human consumption was mostly for the role of producer. Therefore, the role of humans as the central role of the city was explored, not as a component of the city. The elements that disappeared the most as a component of the city were the decrease in communication between family members, neighbors, friends, and the disconnection between regions due to the upcoming of megacity, and the reduction of resting spaces due to the development of urban spaces. In addition, with the development of transportation and communication, the possibility of communication has increased, but on the contrary, the communication space for communion has decreased, so the space for consumption without rest increased, which led to steeper isolation. Therefore, we developed it as a need to restore humanity through communication and connection. We want to create a space of communication and connection in the city center. A place where everyone can relax communicate. A cornerstone of a ‘city without discrimination’ is needed, a city in which the need to create a space that is not emotionally and visually isolated and not influenced by others even within a huge city, and that does not belong to any place and can be separated visually, acoustically and physically.
