Middle-aged single-person households filled in the place of test takers, who left the ‘Gosi Village’ in Daehak-dong. They cannot enjoy quality food, clothing and shelter due to economic difficulties, and the problems that arise from this are going through a vicious cycle that leads to emotional problems and social isolation. To solve this problem, external help is desperately needed, but the welfare system for middle-aged and elderly living alone is insufficient. ‘Happy People’ put a lot of effort into providing meals to the underprivileged in Daehak-dong, providing welfare information and counseling on housing issues. However, it is difficult to systematically connect with follow-up welfare as well as take care of visitors by relying on memory with a small number of personnel. To compensate for this, we devised a web app service that automatically converts the answers to the safety questions that are essential for middle-aged people living alone.
