Rather than focusing on the problems of the city that can be seen on the surface, the focus is on discovering the problems that are hidden behind the society. As this project is [Human City], I wanted to understand people’s lives deeply, and I wanted to design for everyone. The focus was on children who were in the blind spot of care due to the prolonged Corona virus, and in the meantime, I learned about the poor welfare system of child meal cards. There was a problem of stigma, which gives a stigma effect due to the design different from general check cards, and since the project was transferred from the state to the provinces, the service was mainly provided by suppliers, and the problem of undernourished children was solved while spending 300 billion won for 310,000 people. There is something that hasn’t been done. In addition, despite the fact that there are customized franchise stores that provide food according to individual circumstances, users do not know this and only use convenience stores because of the subtitle of publicity, and according to the local government’s financial circumstances. It was noted that the amount of subsidy for each county was different. Rather than planning and finishing just for ‘Human City’, we wanted to present a sustainable and realistic solution.
