We are living a better life than before due to the development of cities, but at the same time, a new marginalized class is emerging. Recently, many young people and college students who are separated from their families due to their studies/employment and who are living involuntarily and independently are struggling with high housing costs. In addition, attention was paid to the middle-aged/elderly people who are isolated due to the shrinkage of the family. These two classes have a chronic problem of generational conflict. As the nuclear family progresses and single-person households increase, it is difficult to find a house where three generations live together as before in modern society, and opportunities for young people to live and interact with the elderly are almost nonexistent.
